Eligibility for Refunds

  • Products: Refunds are only available for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. You must request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Services: If you have purchased a service and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of the service being provided. Please contact customercare@atiarra.com.
  • Custom Products: Custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Instruction for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at customercare@atiarra.com within 14 days of receiving your product or service. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
  2. Return the Product: If your refund request is approved for a physical product, you will be instructed to return the product to us. The product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  3. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our refund eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund.
  4. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 30 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Products that are returned more than 14 days after delivery

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at customercare@atiarra.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges or store credits

If you would like to request an exchange or store credit, please contact us at customercare@atiarra.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
